Rates & Prices :

By using our service, you acknowledge that you have been informed about the nature of the service, as well as the rates and charges associated with it, which are subject to change. Payments are due immediately, non-refundable, and must comply with the terms even if services are suspended, terminated, or transferred.

Customer Support

For assistance with account-related and payment-related questions ("Customer Support Queries"), please submit a ticket to our Customer Service department using the form available on the Contact Us page of our website. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to all Customer Support Queries within a reasonable time frame. However, we cannot guarantee specific response times or that we will be able to address every query.

Notice :

• Nova Token Player is intended for use with user-created content or playlists containing legal content.

• Nova Token Player does not support or endorse the streaming of copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright holder.

• We promptly address any copyright complaints and may suspend or terminate your account.

• The Nova Token Player application only shows content added by the user and plays user-generated content in the player.

• Nova Token Player does not supply any content or playlists.

• The Nova Token Player (hereinafter referred to as "Nova Player") allows users to load content (local data) from their device or playplaylists available at the Xtream Codes API. Additionally, users can load single streams from URLs they enter in the "play a single stream" option.

By signing up or using the Nova Player mobile application, websites, and user interfaces made available through our Website, Play Store ... you acknowledge and agree that you have entered into a binding contract with Nova Player.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and any additional terms that you agree to, as discussed in the Entire Agreement section below, except for terms with any third parties (collectively, the "Agreements"). The Agreements include terms regarding future changes to the Agreements, privacy policy, copyright infringement complaint process, disclaimers on the mobile applications, limitations of liability, privacy, waiver of class actions, and resolution of disputes.

To use the Nova Player and access any content, you must be 18 years or older, or be 13 years or older and have your parent or guardian's consent to the Agreements, and have the power to enter into a binding contract with us and not be barred from doing so under any applicable laws. You also promise that any registration information you submit to Nova Player is true, accurate, and complete, and you will notify Nova Player in case of any changes to the information provided.

Changes to the Agreements

From time to time, we may update the Agreements. If there are significant changes, we will notify you appropriately, such as by prominently displaying a notice within the Application or by sending you an email. In some cases, we may notify you in advance, and if you continue to use the Nova Player after the changes take effect, you are agreeing to the updated Agreements. Please review any notices carefully.

By subscribing to Nova Player for the Premium Version, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it before the current period ends. To cancel your subscription, go to the "Manage Playlist page" Log In using your Mac Address and Device Key, and select the option to cancel. Your cancellation will be effective the day after the current subscription period ends. Please note that we do not provide refunds or credits for partially unused subscription periods, in accordance with industry standards.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We grant Our clients, Full permission to play their own content (collectively, “Access”). This Access shall remain in effect until and unless terminated by you or Nova Token Player. We may terminate your Access on grounds of any complaint alleging your infringement of intellectual property rights of others.

Any copyrights and intellectual property rights for content related to services that are not created by Nova Player and/or are offered/provided by other companies or parties belong to their respective owners. The user confirms that they have the necessary copyrights or permission for the content they intend to play using the Nova Player mobile application. The user agrees not to modify, rent, lend, sell, or otherwise alter or distribute any content, nor create any derivative works based on such content, unless explicitly authorized in writing by the respective copyright owner. The user acknowledges that they are solely responsible for protecting and enforcing their copyrights for content displayed or viewed through the application and agrees that Nova Player has no obligation or responsibility to protect these rights on their behalf.

You agree to comply with these Terms, Privacy Policy, and Copyright Infringement Redressal Policy and to use Nova Player, or any part thereof, only in ways expressly permitted by the Agreements. You must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of Nova Player or any third-party copyrights by playing any content for which you do not have authorization.

Nova Player is not responsible for any copyright violations that may occur as a result of your use of the player. The player simply provides transmission, routing, or connections for the content you choose to play through the Application. Nova Player does not prompt you to start any stream or access any content. The decision to choose the player, access, load, and stream content is entirely yours

USER GUIDELINES

Nova Player upholds all laws, agreements, and intellectual property rights and expects you to do so as well. It is important that you comply with these rules and encourage other users to do the same.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Application for any illegal activities, or activities that may be considered illegal in the territory where you are using the Application.

• Watching, streaming, broadcasting, publicly making available, performing, displaying to the public, recording, transferring, reproducing, copying, or redistributing content that is not expressly permitted under the Agreements or applicable law, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any person, or any entity.

• Transferring copies of cached third-party content from an authorized device to any other device via any means.

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Application or any part thereof, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

• Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property notices contained on the Application (including for the purpose of disguising or changing any indications of the ownership or source of any content).

• Providing your credentials to any other person or using any other person's credentials.

• Artificially promoting content by automated means or otherwise.

Please respect Nova Player, the owners of the Content, and other users of the Nova Player Application. Don’t engage in any activity, post any User Content, or register and/or use a username, which is or includes material that:

• links to, references, or otherwise promotes commercial products or services, except as expressly authorized by Nova Player.

• includes malicious content such as malware, Trojan horses, or viruses, or otherwise interferes with any user’s access to the Application;

• is intended to or does harass or bully other users;

• is offensive, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, threatening, or obscene;

• is illegal, or intended to promote or commit an illegal act of any kind, including violations of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or proprietary rights of Nova Player or a third party;

• includes your password or purposely includes any other user’s password or purposely includes personal data of third parties or is intended to solicit such personal data;

• impersonates or misrepresents your affiliation with another user, person, or entity, or is otherwise fraudulent, false, deceptive, or misleading;

• involves the transmission of unsolicited mass mailings or other forms of spam, junk mail, chain letters, or similar;

• involves commercial or sales activities, such as advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or pyramid schemes, that are not expressly authorized by Nova Player;

• interferes with or in any way disrupts the Nova Player Application, tampers with, breaches, or attempts to probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities in the Nova Player Application, or any of Nova Player’s security components, authentication measures, or any other protection measures applicable to the Application, or any part thereof; or

• conflicts with the Agreements, as determined by Nova Player.
